Lemon

Citrus × limon, the lemon tree, is a small evergreen fruit tree. Its fruit is the lemon or citron, an edible fruit with an extremely fragrant, acidic flavor that is used primarily in food. Most varieties produce fruit throughout the year. Lemon wood is used in cabinet making.
